NASK’s corporate telephony is a modern voice service allowing to establish telephone connections and ensuring measurable advantages for the Customers.
We offer telephone connections and additional voice services rendered both with the use of the IP technology, as well as of the classic ISDN technology.
A subscriber to NASK’s telephony service may execute the following types of connections:
- local connections within the same area code zone;
- long-distance connections;
- international connections – land lines and mobile phones, as well as calls to NGN networks;
- connections with mobile networks;
- connections with tele-IT networks (with 0-20 type numbers);
- intelligent service connections (e.g. 0-800, 0-801);
- emergency calls (e.g. 999, 998, 997), connections with short and information numbers (e.g. 118, 913);
- connections with paging systems (e.g. 0-64).
Our offer is aimed at companies and institutions that care to cut their expenses related to voice calls while maintaining high quality parameters and reliability of the service.
NASK guarantees phone call rates that are competitive when compared to those offered by other telecommunications providers. We offer attractive tariff plans suited to individual needs of every Customer, flat rates and free connections between individual locations of multi-branch businesses. Customers generating significant amounts of international traffic to specific destinations may count on preferential rates. In addition, we offer 1-second billing starting the very first second of the call, which guarantees that payments are made for actual call duration only.
The telephony service is rendered with the use of the nationwide, IP technology based network (the so-called IP telephony), or with the use of the ISDN system. The network is connected with public operator networks both in Poland and abroad. Corporate telephony services are rendered with the use of a redundant network with its own commutation devices and around-the-clock supervision.
NASK may offer telephone services based on radio access, which guarantees speedy configuration of the service for the Customer and enables to connect companies or branches based in locations with poorly developed telecommunications infrastructure.
As part of the corporate telephony service, we ensure connection of the Customer’s commutation devices (e.g. digital PABX telephone exchange or IP equipment) directly to the NASK telephone system by means of a dedicated connection.
In addition, under the telephony service, we offer design, implementation and maintenance of the telephone system suited to the Customer’s needs and complying with the best modern telecommunications practices.
All telephone services rendered by NASK, including IP and ISDN, are covered by quality guarantees provided for in SLAs.
Those Customers who already use specific phone numbers and intend to keep them, may take advantage of the service consisting in transferring their numbers to NASK.
