Collocation Service Components

Administrative Access
Customers have 24/7/365 physical access to their collocated servers. For more time-consuming tasks they can use a temporary working room next to the server room, which provides console access to servers.

Customer Equipment Handling
The Collocation and Hosting Centre is operated around the clock by qualified NASK employees.
NASK provides customer equipment monitoring that covers: www, ftp, pop3, smtp (e-mail), snmp, icmp (ping). Service operation is verified on an ongoing basis. Service unavailability is reported by e-mail and text (SMS) or e-mail and fax.
The NASK "remote hands" service covers: device startup and shutdown, cable connection and disconnection, changing optical disks in drives.

Traffic Statistics
The traffic statistics service offered by NASK includes inbound and outbound traffic level statistics (MRTG).

Data Backup
NASK offers data backup services. Depending on the chosen collocation service package, different disk space is available for data storage. The backup server stores data backup copies saved by the customer in dedicated disk space.
